I eventually received a response back saying that I never used the bonus code! (Well apart from to my partner about how much of his money I spend) I sent a very polite but straight email back only to be told that I wasn't going to get the bonus! I again responded telling them I'd like to speak to a manager as I know I put the bonus code in! Low and behold about three days later, two further emails from me, I had a response from the casino manager saying that the £25 bonus had been credited to my account!
